We offer refunds on full-priced items purchased online, except cut fabric. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on cut fabric, so please choose carefully.

Can I return or exchange items on sale?

We offer exchanges and credits on sale items, except items in our Final Sale section. Returns must be notified within 5 days of receiving your goods.

We would require your items being returned to us within 14 days of receiving your goodies as stock can be limited.

If we receive the items after 14 days only credit will be offered on full priced items

Items to be returned must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

For exchanges within Australia, we charge AUD$14 for redelivery.
