Ordering
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Generally orders received by lunchtime Monday to Thursday will be shipped on the same day otherwise will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has left my studio. The estimated delivery time within Australia is 2-6 working days.
I haven't received my order yet - what should I do?
Please contact us at hello@surfaceart.com.au with your order details and we will assist you further. During sale times please allow extra time for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to most international destinations. Please visit our Shipping Page for more detailed info on international shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free Standard shipping on orders within Australia over $150AUD, Please visit our Shipping Page for more info.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact hello@surfaceart.com.au for any changes or to cancel your order as soon as possible. Once dispatched we cannot cancel or make any changes.
Shipping
Delivery within Australia
We ship via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
- Orders over AUD$150: free standard delivery, or $15 for Express Post
- Orders AUD$150 and under: $10 flat rate
International delivery
We ship via registered airmail. Delivery times vary by country.
- New Zealand: AUD$25 flat rate
- All other countries: AUD$50 flat rate
These are estimated charges. If the actual postage is higher, we'll contact you before proceeding. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference.
Please note that import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns/Exchanges
Full-priced items (excluding cut fabric) are eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, store credit only.
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or credit, except items marked Final Sale. Returns must be notified within 5 days of receiving your order.
Cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
Exchanges (Australia)
You cover the cost of return shipping. We'll ship the new item back to you for free.
Credit notes
Valid for one year from date of issue.
