Deliveries in Australia

Delivery in Australia is via Australia Post. You will be emailed a Tracking Number when your order is shipped. Track your package online.

For orders over AUD$150 standard delivery is free within Australia. Or you can pay a flat fee of $15 for Express Post.

For orders of AUD$150 and under within Australia, we charge a flat fee of $11.00

Australia Post will not leave packages if they do not deem them safe to leave. Read the safe place guidelines.

We advise that we cannot be responsible for late delivery or failure of a customer to receive a delivery. If you made your purchase via PayPal, they may offer compensation. Please refer to the PayPal website for further information.

International Deliveries

New Zealand delivery charges are a flat AUD$25 for delivery via Australia Post but as with international shipping, we will be in touch if your postage exceeds this amount and if it is less we will refund the difference.

For other countries delivery charges are a flat AUD$50 for delivery via Australia Post but we will be in touch if your postage exceeds this amount  and if it is less we will refund the difference.

You may then choose to have the difference charged to your credit card or cancel your order with a full refund

At checkout, you will see a drop down list of the countries we ship to. If you are interested in placing an order to an unlisted country, please email hello@surfaceart.com.au with details of the items you require. We will issue you with a PayPal invoice including delivery charges. Once payment has been received, we will ship your order.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

For international deliveries we use registered air mail. The delivery time is dependent on the country.
